Damon Kruezer Tries to Intimidate a Witness

It now seems that in his desperation Kent Barclay AKA Damon Kruezer has started to attack the person he lied to and stole the money from. Why does this not surprise me? It seems that he never does any wrong in his eyes. Even when he got his mother evicted from her apartment it was not his fault. Damon has lied about who he was and what he is for over a decade. In all actuality someone who claims to be this big industry figure has only met maybe 4 or 5 people who are actually associated with it. It is sad that no one seems to think that strange. He has burned bridges only to try and act like it never happened. He sends out the stupid emails to everyone who he has maligned and asks if they can be friends or at least work together for the betterment of the industry.

I got one, so did several other people I know. He is really nothing more than an Internet stalker who will harass models and anyone else just so he can to get noticed. He has scams running on escort sites where he will post the pictures of models that don’t escort and then sets up fake email accounts and tries to scam potential clients out of money. He has lied about making a movie and scammed $11,000.00 dollars from a gentleman and he used the names of Cybersocket, The Advocate and DNA Magazine to boost his credibility and to help him in this fraud. He claims that he is an agent, producer, video director, publicist published writer and reporter as a way to help him run his scams. This has got to stop.

There is a currently case pending with the Internet Fraud Division of the FBI and the Local Police in the California City where the victim lives and the Boston police as well. What Kent is now doing is witness intimidation and it is against the law. He is trying to get the witness to back down and drop the charges.
That might have worked with anyone else but it is not going to work this time. Kent has burned one to many bridges in the industry. His days of making treats of getting people arrested and charged with crimes, filing false claims with the FBI for 2257 violations and harassing models and posting salacious lies on his website are over. He has crossed the line this time and committed grand larceny and interstate wire fraud.

These are serious crimes and he will be put away for them. All of those who aided and abetted him could very well be charged as well. Kent seems to think that this is a joke but it is not. Every time that he [posts another lie about the victim, every time he claims that he is making this move, every time he makes a threat it is being duly noted and it will add to the charges that he is already facing. This is not a warning or a threat it is a fact. You will be arrested for this crime and you can count on that. Every time you do something stupid it is reported.

This started with a disagreement between the victim and a model, that disagreement has now been resolved. But during the disagreement in an unfortunate mistake the victim got Kent Barclay involved. Kent became involved in his usual capacity as an attack dog. Over time he started to gain the trust of the victim and filled his head with lies about a movie that he was going to produce. He led the victim to believe that all of the negative stuff being said about him was just industry jealousy. If you read the emails and heard the voicemails that Kent sent to the victim it would make you sick. Now I know in typical Kent fashion he will try to fabricate emails to say otherwise but the FBI already has the originals taken directly off of the mail servor complete with all of the IP address information.

And now Kent wants to bad mouth the victim and make him out to be the bad guy. He was not so bad when you took his money now was he Kent. No where in the emails does it say that this was a gift. And when he refused to give you anymore money you begged him. How sad you a supposed big industry figure reduced to begging. You even lied and said that the nonexistent boyfriend of yours “Marc” misapplied the funds. Now that is just sick, this is your mothers eviction all over again Kent. You have lied to and about everyone in the industry, you can not tell the truth to save his soul. Kent Barclay is not telling the truth now I have seen the evidence and it will stick. Good bye Kent Barclay the world will be a better place once you are locked up.

Looking at all of the disastrous relationships in the world of gay porn one can only wonder is it worth it. The San Francisco institution the Power Exchange is closed

Well I guess I must be out of the loop but it seems that the Power Exchange in San Francisco is closed. It seems that there was some kind of building regulation that was the reason for the closure. The website says that they will be reopening but it seems to be delayed. God do I have some stories to tell you about that place. And if I tell them you can never tell anyone where you heard them. Oh what the hell I don’t care tell the world if you must.

Well I must give you a little history of San Francisco and sex clubs. In 1984 they shut down all of the gay bathhouses because of the whole Aids epidemic and it upset allot of people. I was sort of ambivalent on the subject because I went to the bathhouses and I saw what went on and it was not one of the safest of places to go if you wanted to remain HIV negative. You know with all of the drugs and unsafe sex going on there. It was not the best atmosphere to remain healthy. I guess I was one of the lucky ones who went there and did not get infected. Who knows why but I was spared. Maybe so I could tell my story later on and scare the shit out of future generations.

Well after several years they opened up some sex clubs in SF but they were not like the bathhouses they were just old warehouse where you could go and have anonymous sex with who ever. developing a rapport with you online and claiming to you he has provided you
with necessary publicity he will then ask for money. Of course after you send
money to him nothing will ever develop toward landing you employment in a film
or other areas of the industry.

Many victims of these schemes sometimes don't have money to pay the "publicity
fee" or later begin to question the creditability of the offerings. Once you
fail to make payment or question the creditability of him he will then extort
you by explaining to you that he will contact your family and friends, employer
and or associations and share with them the personal information you may have
shared with him to include photographs you may have submitted to him. Often
victims give in and pay him to avoid having this information shared.

Blackmail/Extortion is the serious felony crime of threatening to reveal damaging or embarrassing information in order to coerce money or other goods or
forms of cooperation out of a victim. For blackmail to be effective, the blackmailer must, in most cases, have physical proof of the information he
threatens to reveal, such as photographs or emails.

The victim of blackmail is typically threatened with exposure of his private
life, the consequences of which can range from embarrassing to socially
devastating to legally damning. At its most serious, blackmail may rest on the
exposure of a serious crime, which would do infinitely more damage to the victim
than complying with the blackmailer. Even secret information that is not of a

There was very little dialog and it was drowned out by that annoying electronic 80's sounding music. I think what really went wrong with this video is that it should not have been made.

I have seen most of the models in other videos and they were great in those but here they just looked like they were in it for a paycheck. It really looked like tag team fucking to me and that was all. The models really had little to no chemistry with each other and it appeared that they were just going through the motions. Roman’s Holiday is the latest vehicle for Falcon exclusive Roman Heart. This picture directed by John Bruno and beautifully photographed by Greg Lenzman. Kruezer CHASED DOWN THE STREET by angry former model
Three weeks ago, Kent Barclay/Damon Kruezer was located by former model Rich Sternberg. Rich was in town to file multiple complaints against Kentie, including trips to both the Norwell and Quincy Housing Authorities. Rich actually met with the head of the authority, armed with printouts of Kent's activities. Including a photo of the fake address Kent filed in documents to the judge. Rich stayed in Quincy for a week to followup on his complaints.

Kruezer himself confirms this with his false account of Renee in the SUV- but it wasnt Renee. He was right about Renee filing her own complaints, but the person Kent saw was the same model he has been harrassing and defaming for years. I will not spell out exactly what Kent did which was against the law, but some phrasing in certain printouts, backed up when the authorities visited the web page were very very bad for Kent.

For those keeping track, that brings three different court actions made by three different entities regarding Kent Barclay's malfeasance.

A) Angel and Brad of ASG filed multiple criminal complaints against Kent regarding his outlandish harrassment and contacting of a 12 yearold relative of Angel's to tell her about porn and gay coupling.

B) Rich Sternberg (and others) appeared in both Quincy and Norwell to file multiple complaints regarding everything from Kent's illegal residency to harrassment, hate crimes and stalking.

C) Blogger Renee has multiple complaints in various states of reporting in three different jurisdictions. There are seven more actions that I have heard about, and I will be sharing them as soon as i am legally allowed to.

Kent was located at Tobin Towers (a senior housing complex where his mother is the sole person allowed to reside there)

Angry Taxpayers can contact the Housing Authority and express their displeasure that they are harboring a known pornographer who consorts with pedophiles.

It seems that Elmysterio has finally gone dark. Pardon the pun but his blog has gone silent. It seems that he has apparently lost the will to blog. I liked his blog and I liked his insights on the Kocis case. Several bloggers seemed to be a little threatened by his blog. I guess that is why they united to try and destroy his blog.

The fighting among the posters seems to have gotten out of hand. Funny thing is that there have been so many other murders and attempted murders involving people in porn but none of them has garnered as much attention as the Cobra Killer case. Maybe it is due to all of the scandal involved. Under age porn, prostitution and lies and the like.

With bigger than life characters and several different police agencies involved I think it is the making of a good movie. We are still waiting for PC's witness list. What is the verdict on the "stolen cameras". Were they Bryan's or not? Why all of the sudden attacks on certain bloggers?
Grant came from behind the scenes to attack BB. Jim and VJ attacked me on Jim's blog as well as various other bloggers who don't even know me. It is no wonder no one is posting on these blogs anymore.

This case is just a sad diversion for those who have nothing better to do. Joe and Harlow did it and it will be proven. I tried to get a invite by Elmysterio but he is not giving them out. Some contrived story about a detective wants him to keep it private until they finish the investigation. I say that he is lying and Jim might be right about him. He and PC are claiming that Elm lied and I am starting to believe them on this. I might add that Elm did come up with allot of info at the beginning of this case.

His timeline was very good intel and there were a few other posts that he made that had info that was not mentioned anywhere else. His blog was even on the news. I guess that might count for something. I don't think that he ever spoke to Joe or Harlow though. Why would two criminals on the run take the time to contact a blogger.

He might have had contact with someone who was close to the case but that is also a guess. If he was so close to Joe and Harlow why would he post about the alibi. He would have also leaked details about the beach tapes before anyone else but he did not. I don't know maybe he did receive letters from Joe and Harlow.

Who knows who cares the hookers are guilty and I heard that the police have DNA evidence to prove it. They did get a sample from their house in the raid. Seems that they found allot more evidence in the raid then they are admitting. It pretty much looks like a done deal to me. Harlow's appeal will be denied and he will be stuck with his do nothing attorneys. A definite win for the prosecution.

To this new blogger I seems that the world of blogging has gotten a bit heavy handed. I can not say for certain but I seems that one of my favorite bloggers has "left the building" to use his own term. I have been reading his blog for about a year and never commented on it but I have truly enjoyed it. Then all of the attacks got personal and I kind of stopped reading it as often. Well today I went to take a peek at it and it was closed down to nonmembers.

Whats that all about? Is he going away like some of his detractors seem to want? Is he really involved in this murder as some of the other bloggers have claimed. I really don't know I tried to email him and I got no response. Maybe the police or the FBI made him shut his blog down.

Well with all of his former readers turning on him I can see why he would just walk away.
There were some interesting theories on his blog about the case. For the most part I used his blog as a link to get to the other blogs talking about this case. Now I am at a lose as to what is going on in this case. So I put this post together to see if it will draw attention from someone who can give me some info on the mysterious Elmysterio.

Did he really have any contact with the killers of Bryan Kocis? Why is PC so pissed at him? What is up with this Rob guy he can't seem to get his facts straight he sounds about as deranged as that BB guy. From where I sit I think that Elm is right about Jim he does seem like a cop. I think that Joe and Harlow did have something to do with the murder but as far the"motive" goes the police are way off base on that one.

I was reading Damon Kruezer and he seems to think it was all planned by Dexx Jones as a ploy to boost ratings on his Miami Studios. Is this guy for real? Damon has more issues than National Geographic. He is hated by all yet he still exists what is that all about? Got a Internet report on him and even admitted that they cased his house. What more do you need to prove that they did this, a video of them committing the crime? There is probably one of those to in the camera that they stole from the victims house.
